How do I sign up for a tour?

To sign up, call (480) 519-4872

25% of the trip cost will be required as a deposit.  Full payment of your tour is due 45 days prior to the tour departure.  If payment is not received, your tour will be canelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation notices much be made in writing by email or pastal mail.  Cancellations received 75+ prior to the tour departure date will be assessed a $100 fee.  A cancellation received 30 to 60 days prior to departure is a loss of the deposit.  There is no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the tour departure date.

No refund are possible after the tour begins.

Registration Form

Carefully read the Registration PDS (click to read)and then call 480-519-4872 or send an email to signmeuptour@gmail.com to discuss the tour and any questions your might have  It is very important that you read the “I Understand” and the “I Promise” sections before you register.  You will be registered as soon as your signed registration form and trip deposit is received.

Liability Waiver

You will need to print a copy of the Liability Waiver (click to open document), sign and date it, and then return it to Sign Me Up Tours prior to the beginning of your tour.

Travel Insurance

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance, which covers you should you have to cancel your trip for medical or other reasons.  Allanz Travel Insurance, MH Ross Travel Insurance Services Inc., or McKay Insurance Agency, are companies that offer travel insurance.

If the rare case that Sign Me Up Tours must cancel a trip due to low enrollment, we will do so at least 30 days prior to departure with a full refund.  If we must cancel of other reason, such as a natural disaster, we will issue you a full refund.  In all cases, we will not be responsible for any personal expenses incurred, such as airline tickets.  Sign Me Up Tours reserves the right to make route changes as needed.

What is NOT Included in Your Registration Costs

Items not included in your trip costs are transportation to and from the tour meeting point, personal spending money, bicycle parts for repairs, extra snacks and alcoholic beverages.

Your privacy is very important to us.  We will not sell, trade, rent, or give your individual information that you provide, to anyone outside of our organizatrion and our tour partners,.
